Terms of Service

1. Services

Duz Homes provides contractor marketing services including Google Business Profile optimization, website development, local SEO, paid advertising management, review acquisition, and content marketing, as described in the selected service package.

2. Payment Terms

Monthly retainers are billed at the beginning of each month. Per-lead fees are invoiced monthly based on qualified leads delivered. Payment is due within 15 days of invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension.

3. Cancellation

All plans are month-to-month. You may cancel anytime with 7 days written notice. No long-term contracts. No cancellation fees. Upon cancellation, we will provide a reasonable transition of any assets created for your business.

4. Qualified Leads

A qualified lead is defined as a phone call or form submission from a real person with a valid phone number, a project in your designated service area, and expressed intent to hire. Spam, bots, wrong numbers, and out-of-area inquiries do not count as qualified leads.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide reasonable access to accounts needed for service delivery (Google Business Profile, advertising accounts, website hosting). You also agree to respond to qualified leads in a timely manner, as lead quality degrades with delayed response.

6. Performance Disclaimer

While we make every effort to deliver qualified leads, we cannot guarantee specific lead volumes or conversion rates. Market conditions, competition, seasonality, and client responsiveness all affect results. What we guarantee is that you only pay per qualified lead — if we don't deliver, you don't pay lead fees.

7. Intellectual Property

Any content, websites, ad campaigns, or marketing materials created for you become your property upon full payment. You retain ownership of your business name, logo, and brand assets.

8. Limitation of Liability

Duz Homes' liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
